1. Where is Luminoso based?

Luminoso was founded in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil but is based in Ontario, Canada. Our design philosophy is rooted in Brazilian minimalism and ease. We now operate globally, with fulfillment centers in Canada and select international locations.

2. What does "Luminoso" mean?

“Luminoso” means bright or full of light in Portuguese. To us, it’s a reminder to create clothing that brings clarity, calm, and freedom to everyday life.

3. What kind of clothing do you make?

We specialize in minimalist, relaxed-fit pieces — think oversized tees, wide-leg pants, and everyday layers made with breathable, high-quality materials. Every piece is designed for comfort, space, and timelessness.

4. How do your clothes fit?

Our styles are intentionally oversized and relaxed. We recommend checking the size guide on each product page for exact measurements. If you're between sizes and want a closer fit, we suggest sizing down.

5. Where are your products made?

We partner with small, ethical manufacturers in China and select global workshops that meet our standards for quality, sustainability, and fair labour.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide. Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location. You'll find detailed info at checkout or on our Shipping & Delivery page.

7. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you don’t receive it within a few days, check your spam folder or contact us directly.

8. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition. Visit our Return Policy page for instructions. Note: return shipping is not covered.

9. Are your materials sustainable?

Yes. We prioritize natural, low-impact fabrics like organic cotton, linen, and deadstock textiles. Our packaging is also plastic-free and fully recyclable.
